Design of office space in a historic tenement house at ul. Złota in Warsaw combines modernity with the historical charm of the building. In the heart of Warsaw, in a renovated tenement house, a modern office was built, which is one of many rooms intended for rent.
The office consists of various zones: reception, functional conference room, president’s office, spacious open room for employees, comfortable social room and practical toilets. The project preserves the authenticity of the interior, exposing the original red brick on the walls, which gives the space a unique loft character.
High ceilings in the common area have been preserved, and modern, light partition walls separate zones such as a conference room, office and open space for employees, creating a functional and aesthetic whole. The reception area, equipped with an elegant counter and a waiting room for guests, also uses a brick wall, which introduces guests to the atmosphere of the interior.
The bathrooms delight with their simplicity and elegance, perfectly fitting into the overall arrangement. The design colors – deep red of old brick, warm shades of walnut wood and expressive blue – harmoniously combine historical accents with modern design, creating an office that is both functional and full of character.
