1 / Residential interior designs: We offer three different packages for apartments and houses, tailored to the individual needs and expectations of our clients.

2 / Commercial interior designs: We specialize in interior design for restaurants, bars, shops, hotels and other commercial spaces, ensuring functionality and aesthetics tailored to the specific nature of the business.

3 / Interior and architectural visualizations: We create detailed visualizations that allow you to see the project in its full glory before implementation, both for residential and commercial interiors.

We are happy to undertake both domestic and foreign projects. The main location of our projects is Warsaw and the surrounding area, but we also successfully implement projects from Great Britain. In the case of foreign projects, all discussions, arrangements and documentation are prepared in English.

II / STAGES OF COOPERATION:

1 / Initial Consultations:

  • Initial meeting: A conversation with the client to discuss their expectations, style and requirements for the project.
  • Needs analysis: Determining the function of the space, budget, aesthetic preferences and any special needs (e.g. accessibility, ergonomics).

2 / Analysis and Measurement:

  • Space measurement: Accurately measure the interior, including room layout, ceiling heights, windows, doors and more.
  • Documentation: Preparation of plans and technical drawings of the existing interior condition.

3 / Design Concept:

  • Concept development: Creating initial ideas for the arrangement, including spatial layout, style, colors and materials.
  • Concept presentation: Presenting the client with preliminary visualizations, mood boards and arrangement proposals.

4 / Detailed Design:

  • Executive design: Preparation of detailed technical plans, including furniture layout, lighting and installations.
  • 3D visualizations: Create realistic visualizations that illustrate what the space will look like once the project is completed.
  • Selection of materials and equipment: Selection of materials, furniture, colors and other interior design elements.

5 / Design Approval:

  • Correction and changes: Introducing any changes based on the client’s comments and finalizing the project.
  • Approval: Final approval of all design elements by the client.

6 / Preparation of Executive Documentation:

  • Technical specification: Preparation of technical documentation, including construction drawings, material specifications and instructions for contractors.
  • Cost estimate: Preparation of a detailed cost estimate for the project.

7 / Supervision of implementation:

  • Work coordination: Monitoring the progress of construction and finishing works, ensuring compliance with the project.
  • Troubleshooting: Troubleshooting potential issues on an ongoing basis and adjusting the design as needed.

8 / Receipt and Finalization:

  • Final acceptance: Final inspection of the project, ensuring that all elements are consistent with the project and meet the requirements.
  • Project handover: Handing over the finished interior to the client, including any instructions on use and care.

9 / Photo session:

  • Interior photo session: After completing the project, a professional photographer will perform an interior photo session

1 / Private Interiors – The final price of the interior design is determined individually, based on the submitted projection, and depending on the scope of design work. Typically, the studio works based on three price packages:

1 – BASIC PACKAGE – 30 GBP / m2
